**Job Summary**:
As the face of the business in Quebec, you will provide insight on consumer behavior, trends, and competition, ensuring the successful implementation of tailored sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will lead a dedicated team of sales professionals, working collaboratively to achieve revenue targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market Leadership: Develop tailored sales strategies for Quebec, monitor trends, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with local preferences
- Communication: Act as a liaison between Quebec sales teams and head office, advocating for regional needs and ensuring effective communication
- Sales Performance: Own sales targets, analyze performance data, and manage the sales budget for Quebec
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high
- performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing training and development
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key retail partners, execute region
- specific promotions, and represent the company at industry events
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and market insights to inform strategy and decision making

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Education: Bachelors in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience: 5-7 years in retail sales management, with 3+ years in leadership roles in Quebec
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and adaptability skills
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Quebec and occasionally to other regions
