Sales Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking to fill a full-time position for a Sales Admin in our Edmonton location. NextGen Automation includes a team of highly trained technical sales force as well as customer service team with strong product knowledge, technical aptitude, and a commitment to first-class customer service.   You would be expected to work alongside a highly trained team to maintain a high level of customer service to our new and existing customer base. 

The Sales Coordinator can expect a dynamic and exciting workday which includes:

- Working closely with Account Managers in their designated sales territory to assist in the processing of deal submission packages and general inquiries.
- Actively monitoring each sale and liaising with other administrative departments through the various stages within the sales process.
- Preparing funding packages and other invoicing related to sales. This includes liaising with lease companies to ensure funding is received in a timely manner and terminating any former lease agreements.
- Submitting pricing incentives related to the sale, such as rebates, to the appropriate vendor.
- Addressing customer inquiries/concerns and delegating to the Account Manager, when appropriate.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures within the sales department to aid in organization and efficiency.
- Ensuring data integrity in multiple databases by maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate and organized paper and electronic files.

Qualifications and Skills Required: 
- Hard worker with a positive attitude
- Highly developed organization and time management skills. 
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail while multitasking. 
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly evaluate alternatives. 
- Able to work successfully as both an individual contributor as well as in a team environment. 
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 
- Experience with Salesforce program an asset.
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative role

**Salary**: $32,100.00-$52,000.00 per year
