Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Support the onboarding process for new sales team members, including preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $17.54-$23.54 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
