Edmonton, Canada Trailer Zone Sales and Leasing Inc. Full time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:

- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls or messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

2. Administrative Support:

- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the dealership’s calendar.

3. Sales Support:

- Help customers with basic inquiries about trailers, services, and dealership offerings.
- Assist the sales team with preparing sales documents, updating inventory lists, and handling paperwork.
- Provide administrative support during customer transactions, including documentation and follow-up.

4. Other Duties as Assigned:

- Support other departments with tasks as needed, such as light bookkeeping or basic marketing activities (e.g., posting on social media).
- Help organize events or customer appreciation days at the dealership.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
