**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by offering tailored training solutions. You will play a key part in expanding our impact by promoting our top-notch safety courses to businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored training solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute sales campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Manage CRM software with accurate and timely information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Coast2Coast's services and expand the client base.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education, training, or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Prior knowledge of first aid or related safety training is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
