**About the Role**:
As a Pastry Chef with us, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, crafting a variety of sweet treats and baked goods. We’re looking for someone with experience in working with laminated dough and viennoiseries, as well as a talent for creating delectable items such as bread pudding, scones, cookies, croissants, and other pastries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and bake various pastries, from classic croissants to innovative creations.
- Work with laminated dough and other specialized techniques.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in a fast-paced kitchen.
