PASRTY CHEF - IN HOUSE

Full Time

Typically Tuesday - Saturday schedule

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Be directly responsible for 2 - 3 team members in our pastry kitchen
- Lead our dessert and pastry menu innovation
- Assist with leading the culinary team alongside our Executive Chef and 3 Sous Chefs
- Oversee, prepare and execute all orders from form our pastry kitchen while delegating and overseeing team
- Project the next days prep required based on order volume
- Preparing orders and wrapping and labeling for delivery and events
- Attention to departure times and assuring orders are ready prior to their scheduled departure
- Communicate and collaborate with sales team on client orders and events
- Assisting event team with off site service from time to time as needed (3-4 time per year on average)

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Requirements**:

- FoodSafe Level 1 at least
- Restaurant or catering experience required
- Great organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs properly
- First Aid Certificate an asset
- Flexibility to work some weekends
