Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sale professional to join our team as a Sales Representative in our Scarborough location.
We are looking for someone who has selling experience in building material industry and is passionate about sales. It is important to work with the team to accomplish the sales goals and grow with the company.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Include but are not limited to the following
1) Responsible to service and retain existing customer, develop business plans that drive company's growth across all target markets
2) Expand Company’s business through developing sales channels, including dealers, building supply stores, major retails, contractors and builders.
3) Creates, develops and maintains strong customer relationships with prospective customers
4) Regularly report on progress to senior management
5) Participate/attend sales meetings, customer events, trade shows and group exhibitor meetings, as required
6) Increase revenue by month by region
7) Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
8) Work closely with Sales Director to achieve annual sales and revenue goals
9) Responsible for creating accurate monthly sales forecasts
10) All other duties as directed by Director of Sales
Training will be provided.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1) Previous sales experience is a must.
2) Excellent presentation and communication skills - both oral and written
3) Excellent selling, promotion, and negotiation skill
4) Familiar with outdoor building material is a plus.
5) at least 1-2 years of experience in building materials industry or as a sales representative
6) Post-secondary or college education in business, marketing or building industry is preferred
8) Hard-working, excellent team player, organized and results-oriented self-starter
9) Good computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ERP systems
10) Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Individual commission + Group commission + Bonuses
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
