**Role Description**
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This role will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
**Reports to**:
Senior Director of Packaging Development
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support Senior Director of Packaging Development with client management, serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Execute daily sales functions; process orders, track fulfillment, send invoices, facilitate shortages and remittances
- Maintain tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales, pl’s, inventory, marketing campaigns, production etc.
- Communicate and update clients with the status of their orders, replenishment, new product launches and marketing initiatives
- Complete and file vendor documents and product set up forms
- Maintain and update line-sheets, order forms and additional sales documents
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows and events
- Act as a liaison for the flow of information between sales, marketing, accounting, production, product development, logistics and design departments
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

Pay: $38,112.52-$81,692.55 per year
