**Role Responsibilities**:
As a key member of TEC’s Ministerial Correspondence Unit (MCU), the ARTS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support for the completion of the ministry's Action Requests (ARs).

As the ARTS Coordinator, you will work with your MCU colleagues as well as administrative and executive support staff in Assistant Deputy Ministers' (ADM), Deputy Minister’s (DM), and Minister's offices, to ensure ARs are completed on time, adhere to the department’s high standards, and follow appropriate formatting.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure effective and timely information flow through ARs between the Minister's and DM's offices and the department:

- Provide guidance and training to department staff on AR processes
- Receive and prepare final AR packages for MCU and DM staff review

Manage ARTS and user functions as department's Prime ARTS Administrator:

- Maintain the organizational structure and integrity of ARTS (divisions, users, groups, etc.)
- Provide leadership in ARTS through participation and representation at the ARTS Administrators and Best Practices committees

Develop and maintain administrative processes to ensure high-quality documents are produced within set timelines:

- Prepare and Update ARTS response templates and communicate changes to the department as necessary
- Establish the department's ARTS business processes and ensure they are followed
