**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with clinic administration and human resources tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting while supporting the operations of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinic Administration**:

- Assist with patient scheduling and appointment management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Help manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting patients.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new staff members.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
