**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accounts payable records and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to payments.
- Analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with the integration of HRIS systems such as UltiPro and ADP for payroll-related entries.
- Support accounts receivable functions as needed, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for tracking payments and managing financial records efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, is essential.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as UltiPro is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.88-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
