Remote, Canada UPSPEED Finance Full time

UpSpeed Finance is one of the few financing platforms in Canada with access to over 19 financial institutions for Auto, Leisure, Marine & Recreational vehicles, and we are currently looking to expand our team in the region.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership by managing the financing process from start to finish. You will work directly with customers to understand their unique financial situations and help them navigate the prime or subprime financing options available to them. From analyzing credit histories to structuring loan packages, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and transparent financing experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to assess their financing needs and qualifications.
- Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine eligibility for subprime financing.
- Present financing options and terms to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Negotiate terms with lending institutions to secure competitive loan rates and terms.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to financing.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive financing, preferably in a subprime finance role.
- Strong understanding of subprime lending practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and finance tools.

- Online Lead Generation: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $103,362.98-$166,510.19 per year
