**Overview**:
Embark on a dynamic role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant with the excitement of being the Office Manager. As the anchor for the CEO, COO, and CFO, you will play a key role in shaping and cultivating a dynamic office environment ensuring seamless operations across various functions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support & Office Management**:

- Efficiently handle a diverse range of personal and administrative tasks for the CEO, COO, and CFO.
- Act as the maestro of their calendars, orchestrating a dynamic lineup of appointments and meetings.
- Juggle the logistics of office and administration supplies, and operational elements to ensure the office functions like a well-oiled machine.

**Travel Planning**:

- Plan and execute epic travel experiences and itineraries, ensuring seamless journeys for the leadership team.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up with finesse.

**Onboarding Facilitation**:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless integration into the company culture.

**Event Coordination**:

- Coordinate thrilling events such as trade shows, employee engagement activities, office socials, and high-powered conferences.

**Records Management**:

- Manage the records of company policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business/Office Administration or previous relevant experience
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
