We are looking for an ambitious and energetic **Executive Assistant** who can hit the ground running. Your ability to multi-task, be a self-starter and have a high level of resourcefulness will significantly contribute to your success in this role.

**Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)**
- Provide overall administrative support to senior executive.
- Proactively prompt and flag priorities.
- Manage calendars, planning, agendas, and promote an efficient approach to leadership time management.
- Provides support through meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
- Produces high-quality reports and presentations.
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned by the COO.
- Conduct research and prepare reports for the COO to help inform decision-making.
- Manage travel requirements to domestic and/or international locations.
- Maintains a well-organized environment to enable success with high attention to detail.
- Works with mínimal supervision.
- Builds relationships and communicates effectively with managers and stakeholders.
- Deals with correspondence and information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Screens incoming calls and maintains the highest standards of professional integrity when representing the organization and COO.
- Possible light travel to conferences.

**Qualifications**:
Education
- 5+ years’ experience in an Executive support role.
- Post-secondary education in a related field would be an asset.
- Experience in Human Resources and/or project coordination would be an asset.

Experience
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in using MS Office Suite, Asana, Office 365 and other technology.
- Excellent communication, customer facing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems.
- Attention to detail with high standards of literacy.
- Experience with committees, agendas, meeting minutes and follow-up.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Displays a positive, cheerful and helpful attitude.
- Ability to work independently in collaboration with the COO, and follow direction.
