We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing efficient financial processes. This on-site position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with various departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and budgeting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management.

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with tax regulations, reporting requirements, and audits.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives.

Manage the cash flow and working capital, optimizing cash management strategies and monitoring cash inflows and outflows.

Conduct financial analysis, cost accounting, and variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains in compliance.

Assist with special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial system implementations, and process improvements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is highly preferred.

Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.

Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting standards.

Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar systems. Experience with property management software is a must.

Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and mentor the accounting team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

High level of integrity and ethics, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
