- Objectif du poste_

Traduire de l’anglais vers le français des documents variés en faisant appel à une bonne connaissance des produits et services bancaires.
- Responsabilités_
- Traduire de l’anglais vers le français des textes spécialisés dans le domaine bancaire (aide-mémoires, manuels et guides de procédures, foires aux questions et autres communications) destinés aux employés de succursales dans une plateforme d’édition en ligne. S'assurer de la clarté du style, ainsi que du respect du message transmis par le texte de départ et des échéances reliées aux projets qui lui sont confiés.
- Utiliser les outils d’aide à la traduction adéquatement afin de s’assurer de la cohérence dans les documents traduits et d’augmenter son efficacité.
- Communiquer au besoin avec le demandeur afin d'obtenir des précisions sur le mandat.
- Effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour justifier l'utilisation d'une terminologie spécifique à certains textes et contribuer de façon continue à alimenter la base de terminologie du service.
- S'assurer que le service offert aux clients est de la plus haute qualité en veillant à ce que tous les engagements en matière de niveau de service soient respectés ou dépassés.
- Consulter les membres du service au sujet de la terminologie utilisée, collaborer avec les autres membres du service dans des projets ayant des échéances serrées et, de façon générale, contribuer à maintenir une ambiance de travail harmonieuse.
- Complexité des fonctions_

Ce poste requiert:

- Au moins cinq années d’expérience à titre de traducteur
- Baccalauréat spécialisé en traduction de l’anglais vers le français
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Souci du détail
- Bonne connaissance des produits et services bancaires
- Bonne connaissance des outils d’aide à la traduction et de la suite MS Office
- Capacité à mener de front plusieurs projets
- Membre de l’OTTIAQ, un atout
- Connaissances de base de HTML, un atout
- Autonomie et esprit d’équipe

- Perfectionnement - S'informe de tout ce qui se passe dans son domaine en lisant des articles spécialisés et des revues professionnelles. Détermine ses besoins de perfectionnement personnel et prend les mesures nécessaires pour les combler.
