Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist with account analysis and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support budgeting processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records accurately.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in account analysis and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and payroll management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
