Bilingual Sales Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Trouble shooting client issues related to due dates, reports, pricing, invoices, scheduling, etc.
Arrange/set up client and/or client prospect appointments for Account Manager
Generate and qualify leads by placing outbound calls to qualified prospects
Data Entry and maintenance of hotlists, communications, documents in our CRM Program
Create /send follow up marketing materials and/or sales proposals/quotes
Create/monitor client product orders in shopping cart
Resolve any order discrepancies and trouble shoot inventory
Participate in educational training
Participate in tradeshows
**Requirements**:
High school degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Science or Business preferred, but not required
One to Three years experience in customer service, administrative and/or sales a plus
Science knowledge/background is a plus but not required
Bilingual French and English must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with high volume customer service desired
Ability to interface with clients and foster current and new relationships
Must have excellent phone etiquette
Ability to prioritize work assignments and work in fast paced setting
Proficient in computer systems for Client Relationship Management Databases (CRM) and Shopping Cart Order Systems
Willingness to learn and ability to multi-task
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Data Saisie et maintenance des listes de hotlists, communications, documents dans notre programme
Créer envoyer des documents marketing de suivi et / ou des propositions de vente / devis
Créer / surveiller les commandes de produits des clients dans le panier d'achat
Resolver les écarts de commande et l'inventaire de tir de problème
Participez à la formation éducative
Participer à des salons professionnels
**Exigences**:
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
Baccalauréat en sciences ou en affaires préféré, mais pas obligatoire
Un à trois ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, l’administration et / ou les ventes Les connaissances et les antécédents
Scientifiques sont un plus, mais pas obligatoires
Le français et l’anglais bilingues doivent avoir d’excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale)
Expérience avec un service à la clientèle à volume élevé souhaitée
Capacité à interagir avec les clients et à favoriser les relations actuelles et nouvelles
Doit avoir une excellente étiquette téléphonique
Capacité de prioriser les affectations de travail et de travailler dans un cadre au rythme rapide Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques pour les bases de données de gestion des relations avec les clients (CRM) et les systèmes de commande de panier d’achat
Volonté d’apprendre et capacité à effectuer
**Heures d**'ouverture : du lundi au vendredi de 9 h 00 à 17 h 30
