**Position**: Lease Administrator - Receivables Department

**Location**: Montreal, QC
**Salary**: $50,000.00
Our Client, a leader in managing industrial, office, retail, and residential properties across Canada and the United States, is currently seeking a Lease Administrator to join their Receivables department.
**About Our Client**:
Headquartered in Montreal, Our Client is recognized as one of the largest private owners of industrial properties in Eastern Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Lease Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and revising leases in both English and French;
Conducting telephone communication for tenant information updates;
Collaborating with various departments within the organization to gather lease-related information.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in lease administration;
Previous experience using Yardi or a similar program;
Bilingual proficiency in written and verbal French and English;
Strong organizational skills.
