Bilingual Inside Sales/Account Manager - $58-60k + Commission + Bonus + Full Benefits
In-person role
**Your day will consist of**:
Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain existing business and develop new sales
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Manage existing and sell new contracts
Collect, analyze and summarize sales data to support the sales team
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Support the sales team with customer inquiries on technical information, pricing, product details etc
Manage the sales funnel to support the sales team and create new sales opportunities
Research and support sales through direct engagement with the customers
Grow and manage existing accounts
Work with cross functional teams effectively to support the sales team and clients
Participate in sales meetings
Troubleshoot and solve problems when required
Collect data to understand the needs of the clients
**In order to Qualify**:
University or College diploma an asset
You must be Bilingual - French and English
3 + years Inside Sales/Account Management Experience
Manufacturing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
Excellent customer service skills
Good time management skills
Very good MS Office skills
Ability to work with all levels of the company

Pay: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
