Office Assistant

Below is a list of duties but not limited to.
Attend staff/resident meeting and type minutes for homes
Typing policy changes /updates for Policy manual, emo, fire, ohs etc as required/ Printing
Creating Memos/Internal Job Posting when requested by Managers
Keep Fire Inspections organized for all homes and schedule appointment when required for Managers
Client taxes for PHG and Colonial for Managers who need help
Taxi Chit break down
Medication breakdown/print for PHG
Responsible for bank deposits for Colonial and PHG
Break down Invoices from RCF prior to going to Main Office
Employees needs to be vacinated
Employee needs to know how to use a computer
Employee needs to know how to use microsoft office program
Employee has to beable to be polite and professional
Below is a list of some of the duites that will need to be complete but not limited to.
Every Jan update client ages for every home
Gather bills and prepares for main office
Keep office cleaned
Update’s postage meter
Keep Office supplies stocked
Keeping track of office inventory and PPE and ordering when needed
Ordering Linens for larger homes
Answer phone calls
Preparing petty cash and fax to bank
Preparing comforts, pro 50 and clothing money and fax to bank
Go bank and forth to bank
Organizes client/Managers Christmas and recreation events.
Gathers clients Xmas wish lists and helps organize and wrap
Filing/destroy properly old files
Make copy if requested by Managers
Staff Profiles and helps sign employees up for courses
Any other clerical duties required
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.17-$18.50 per hour
