**FULL-TIME POSITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

We are seeking an individual who can commit to supporting health professional practices and is committed to client care.
- Minimum one (1) year related administrative/secretarial experience
- Must have strong organizational/multi-tasking skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize upon short notice while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that incorporate sound judgement and tact
- Demonstrated initiative; self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- High regard for quality and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of office equipment (ie. Facsimile, Photocopier, Scanner)
- Ability to work within a framework of the highest confidentiality
- Commitment to maintain and protect patient, client, and personal safety on an ongoing basis
- Good work and attendance record
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with the Jane App and QuickBooks an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
