**Position Information**:
Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Leadership Development, the Administrative Assistant, Learning and Development is responsible to perform a full range of clerical and administrative services to support Learning and Development activities including Corporate Orientation, language training, Leadership programs, and logístical and administrative support for a range of learning programs and events.
**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**What you will bring**:
- Two (2) year Community College Diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent;
- One (1) year of previous experience in office administration;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams skills, including file management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**You will stand out with**:
- 3-Year Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent;
- Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, including content creation and editing;
- Experience in office administration in a healthcare environment;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
