Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

At Export Development Canada, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 products. Experience in administrative fields, including calendar management, email correspondence, and budget administration, is essential.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our team by assisting with project planning, execution, and monitoring. Your duties will include creating and formatting documents, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate information storage and retrieval.

You will also work closely with our Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to prepare and pay invoices, manage invoicing processes, and maintain accuracy for our Legal and Special Risks teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and budget administration.
  • Assist with document creation, formatting, and editing, as well as uploading and comparing legal documents.
  • Manage workflows, including routing information, preparing documents, and administering budgets.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to prepare and pay invoices and manage invoicing processes.
  • Prepare corporate budgets, forecast expenses, and accrue for corporate budgets.
  • Reconcile expenses and prepare management reports for the Legal Team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • Experience in administrative fields, including calendar management, email correspondence, and budget administration.
  • Able to learn new software and troubleshoot technical issues.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $44,370 to $59,160 annually, based on qualifications and experience, plus a performance-based incentive. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
