**Description of Duties**:

- Invoicing/Billing
- Answer incoming calls to create service work orders and answer customer inquiries
- Order parts/supplies with Wholesalers
- Register all installed equipment for warranties, promotions and rebates
- Prepare daily paperwork for service technicians
- Back up service dispatcher when required.
- Help office manager with assigned tasks when required.
- Data entry for customer service history
- File service orders/invoices
- Process paperwork for all manufacturer warranty parts/equipment claims
- Facilitate return of warranty parts

Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour with benefits
