**About the Position**:
As a member of the Human Resources team, under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day HR activities within the organization. This role provides practical and tactical assistance, such as onboarding; HRIS management; document production; performance management tracking. This role is part of the HR team resolving day to day enquiries and designing best practice, processes and supports to front line staff and leaders. This role supports all McMan South locations, and as such travel to other locations may be required. A high level of confidentiality is required.
**This is a term position, ending February 27, 2026.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Director of HR with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, document production and database management (data input and report generation).
- Coordinate end of employment process in alignment with organizational HR practices.
- Provide necessary HR administrative letters such as verification of employment to staff in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and maintain efficient filing and record-keeping systems that are easily accessible and retrievable.
- Systems administrator for HRIS software.
- Work closely with payroll to ensure internal processes, controls and communication are robust.
- Work collaboratively across the whole organization to ensure all onboarding and mandatory training is up-do-date and properly tracked.
- Coordinate the annual employee recognition awards.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Completion of a Diploma/Degree in Business or Office Administration or related discipline; additional education in Human Resource Management would be an asset.
- Minimum of three years related experience as an administrative professional.
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize and organize work tasks., with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

- Clear Child Intervention Record Check, dated within the past six months and Clear Police Information Check with vulnerable sector, dated within past six months.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, 3-year non-commercial Driver’s Abstract with fewer than six demerits, and use of reliable vehicle with $2M Third Party Liability insurance.
