Working under the direction of the Head of Human Resources you will
- Provide Recruitment Services to all Southland Trailers' departments, ensuring that vacancies are filled within a timely manner.
- Support the delivery of Southland Trailers' human resource policies, practices and programs
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-based initiatives (may require weekend availability)
- Maintain all tracking systems for recruitment-related data
- Maintain an open door policy for all and act as a liaison between team members and leaders.
- Maintain confidential team member files, as well as the accuracy and integrity of human resource information systems
- Prepare paperwork and ensure completion, including filing, for HR
- Proposing and developing creative, HR solutions that make the job easier for all parties
- Any Ad Hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled or completed an HR degree program
- 1-4 Years of recruitment experience would be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of relevant job boards, recruitment strategies, and
- Fluent on Office and able to work on other software/website platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Strong attention to detail
- A valid first aid certificate would be an asset
