Working under the direction of the Head of Human Resources you will
- Provide recruitment services to all Southland Trailer departments, ensuring that vacancies are filled within a timely manner
- Support the delivery of Southland Trailers human resource policies, practices and programs
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-based initiatives
- Maintain all tracking systems for recruitment-related data
- Maintain an open door policy for all and act as a liaison between team members and coaches
- Maintain confidential team member files, as well as the accuracy and integrity of human resource information systems
- Prepare paperwork and ensure completion
- Proposing and developing creative, HR solutions that make the recruitment process easier for all parties
- Any Ad Hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements
- Recruitment experience would be considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of relevant job boards and recruitment strategies
- Very proficient on Office and able to work on other software/website platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with others is a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Some evening and weekend availability
