**Responsibilities**:
Advise and implement efficient recruiting management processes designed to help Local business development.
Proactively build talent pipelines and establish effective sourcing plans for both sales positions and overall teams, set up effective incentive system for the key business teams.
Administer and execute HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; and training.
Set up on board and contracts process, ensure proper onboarding for all team members.
Collaborates with senior leaders to understand the organization’s goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related;
2+years of HR experiences, Excellent skill in recruiting area;
Solid knowledge and best practice in employment-related laws and regulations;
Excellent communication skills, Strong employee relations skill set, can earn trust and credibility with employees;
Fluency in both Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
MNC or top 500 background;
Able to understand and translate 'strategic picture' business strategies into an executable HR plan;
Proven ability to work with mínimal guidance or direct supervision
Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
