**As our Human Resource Generalist, you'll**:
Be the master of employee information, maintaining and updating our HR system like it's nobody's business.
Be the welcoming committee for new hires, conducting onboarding and orientation like a pro.
Be the benefits guru, administering our benefits plan through our provider.
Be the policy expert, staying up to date on all HR and company policies and providing coaching or advice to managers and employees.
Be the data wizard, creating and maintaining HR metrics reporting for senior management.
Be the go-to person for HR support and employee relations services for employees and managers.
Be the program promoter, promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Be the performance management ninja, undertaking tasks around performance management.

**What you bring to the table**:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or something equally impressive).
If you don't have at least 5 years of experience being an awesome HR generalist in a Canadian company, this may not be the right position for you.
Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee coaching, onboarding, and employee engagement (because variety is the spice of life).
Experience dealing with employee group benefits programs (because everyone loves benefits).
Excellent written and verbal negotiation and communication skills (because communication is key).
A big plus if you are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
An eye for detail and organization (because nobody likes chaos).
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement (because there's always room for improvement).
The ability to learn quickly and handle pressure in a fast-paced working environment (because we like to keep things exciting).
A great team player with professionalism (because teamwork makes the dream work).
