Victoria Ford Alliance** **requires a detail-oriented **_Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Administrator _**to join our fast paced, administration team. This is a full-time position located at our beautiful 4th floor main office in Victoria, BC and serves our multiple dealership locations with AP and AR services.

- A great work ethic with strong communication, clerical and Microsoft Office skills;
- Capable of prioritizing and managing various tasks

**What you will do**:

- Prepare and post daily deposits by balancing and recording cash, cheque and credit card transactions.
- Collect and process account payments from customers
- Research and resolve discrepancies and customer queries.
- Assist with the preparation and posting of accounts payable invoices and spreadsheets.
- Assist with accounts payable vendor reconciliations.
- Process incoming and assist with outgoing EFTs.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable customer files and records.
- Prepare customer statements and assist with other month end processes.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as related to the day to day running of the AP/AR Department
