Invoicing Administrator

We are currently seeking a full time, Invoicing Administrator for our Head Office, Mississauga, Ontario.
- Invoicing duties (Manual and Computer based)
- Taking service calls and assisting with customer queries
- Compiles, tracks and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources
- Working with AP Purchase Orders
- Proficient in MS Office computer programs
- Must have high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work setting
- Experience in an HVAC environment is preferred, but not required
- Able to work independently, with mínimal supervision

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
