** Your Role**: As our Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing invoices for our customers and complete inter-company billing. You will report to the Operational Revenue Care Supervisor.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for performing credit checks and resolving all missing
- You will perform credit checks and promptly resolve missing credit approvals to ensure a timely billing processes
- Complete customer billing and handle our overseas transactions
- Verify outstanding costs or revenue for accounting tasks
- Address billing requests from other departments, including additional charges and missing backup documents required by customers
- Review and correct customer-claimed incorrect invoices.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Preferred Degree/Diploma in International Business, Finance, Transportation, Logistics, Commerce, Administration or a related fields
- 2+ years of Invoicing experience (Preferrably within the Freight Forwarding Industry)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms and profit/loss statements
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Excel
