Aquanorth Contracting offers over 30 years of waterproofing experience as an industry leader in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sector in Southern Ontario. Offering waterproofing and building envelope solutions, our prime focus is to provide our clients with quality workmanship and exceptional service.
We are currently seeking a **Project Administrator **to join our management team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and distribute project documents
- Prepare and/or participate in proper filing and organizing of construction documents
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project correspondence
- Prepare CCDC Contracts and purchase order for sign off
- Prepare project startup documents, WSIB clearance certificates, Insurance Certificates, form 1000 etc.
- Maintain weekly labor and material inputs for project costing
- Health and safety administration
- prepare closeout documents, warranties and instruction manuals etc.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- 2+ years related experience working in administration in a construction environment
- Knowledge of standard construction terminology/ references
- Construction coordination or project-based experience highly desirable
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and pdf markup
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and work productively in a high-volume and dynamic environment
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
