**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems are essential.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services is highly desirable.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding service is required.
