**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems both physically and computerized
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Coordinate appointments and manage office calendars
- Tier one customer support
- Shipping and receiving of packages
- Inventory management

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmet
