**Position Overview**:
As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our real estate office. You will work closely with our real estate agents, clients, and vendors to ensure efficient administrative support, seamless transactions, and a positive client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the real estate team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Transaction Management**: Oversee the preparation, review, and processing of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- **Office Coordination**: Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and ensure that all office systems and processes are running efficiently.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain client and property databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Marketing and Outreach**: Assist with marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating open houses and other events.
- **Compliance and Record Keeping**: Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, and vendors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
