**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist & Dispatcher to manage client bookings, coordinate dispatch for our fleet, and provide excellent service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily trips, ensuring on-time service.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, driver schedules, and vehicle availability.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and report generation.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other team members to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or dispatch role preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
