**Description**:
The Insurance Administrative Assistant works with and supports the CPG team providing support on insurance related tasks and initiatives as defined.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the CPG insurance team (ie. attend meetings, takes notes, book client meetings, facilitate travel, time tracking)
- Client meeting preparation and follow up (ie. gathering information such as documents, reports, research and creating documents)
- Calendar management as assigned
- Daily calls will with key CPG insurance team members as defined
- Licensing Program Management:

- Manage Insurance Licensing program for both US and Canada
- Maintain licensing tracker
- Track continuing education credits, ensure all are up to date
- Manage RIBO renewal for Ontario
- Ensure all licenses are in-force at all times for both US and Canada
- Provincial reporting (for licensed provinces outside of Ontario)
- Invoice tracking for selected client brokers
- Project management as it relates the tracking of initiative and to-do’s
- Captive payment tracking monthly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
