- Broker Load listings
- Update Sphere CRM database
- Prepare paperwork
- Scan and file documents
- Answer phones
- Meet deadlines

Must have experience in:

- 1 year+ real estate experience preferred
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- CRM database management (ideally Sphere)
- Stong literacy and numeracy proficiency
- Familiarity in form filling and double checking entries

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
