**About Us**:
At Royal LePage Macro Realty Brokerage, we are committed to redefining the home-buying experience. Our team is growing, and we're looking for passionate, dynamic New Home Sales Agents to join us in making homeowners' dreams come true.
As a new home sales agent with Royal LePage Macro Realty, Brokerage, you will be the first point of contact for our clients on our new home sales sites. We work together with several builders giving our new home sales agents many opportunities to expand their portfolio and grow their business as a real estate professional. Your role will involve guiding prospective buyers through the exciting journey of purchasing new homes by providing extensive knowledge on the new homes site you are working with and the different features that the homes include. From initial contact to closing, you'll ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential buyers and establish strong relationships.
- Conduct tours of model homes and community sites.
- Educate clients on the home buying process, financing options, and the home collections being offered at your site.
- Negotiate sales contracts and work closely with the sales team to meet targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and new developments in the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Real estate license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work weekends if needed (this will depend on sales office ours at new home site)
- Passion for real estate and helping clients find their dream home.
- **Experience in new home sales is preferred.**

**Salary**: $33,904.89-$127,728.33 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
