**The opportunity**:
**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Working knowledge of post-secondary institutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks.
- Experience preparing minutes and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Organizational skills to manage calendars, schedules, and appointments effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Critical thinking skills to independently troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
