_College Administrator / Registrar _
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and manage new intake student contracts and student handbooks
- Handle change, extension and withdrawal of student contracts
- Organize student files, ensure they are complete and up-to-date, and in accordance with government (PCC) standards
- Communicate with government departments and officials with the approval of College owners
- Check LaMPSS systems regularly to ensure the College's practice is in compliance to the standards of government regulatory and licensing agencies
- Create and organize student transcripts, diplomas and all graduation packages
- Submit new intake and graduation records and related payments
- Create and organize class schedules
- Create and organize instructors' schedules
- Hire and confirm instructors in place
- Work with Student Loan policy and procedures as a Financial Aid Officer
- Keep a record of prospective students and follow-up
- Monitor and ensure tenant licensing and insurance are up-to-date
- Create student ID cards
- Respond to student inquiries
- Perform bookkeeping tasks
- Develop curriculum for training programs
- Other related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the College
- Excellent English writing skills (grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, etc.) and good spoken English
- Good math skills
- Excellent organization
- Bookkeeping skills (Familiar with software such as QuickBooks)
- Friendly personality, with good social skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
