The social media marketing assistant will assist in drawing the public's attention to our services, courses, and events.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Recruiting students
- Creating Marketing Content for use on Social Media Outlets
- Creating for whole-year marketing plans
- Making and editing videos and other marketing materials
- Creating graphic designs for College marketing materials
- Attending trade shows, career fairs, open house and other events
- All related administrative tasks

**Skills**
- Experience using a CRM and online platforms is considered an asset
- Experience with using Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for Marketing
- Familiarity with video editing software
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of alternative medicines is a plus
- Strong organizational, creative problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and easily adapts to new challenges and issues

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant previous experience will be considered
- Related work experience for 4 years plus
- English as 1st language and good English writing skills
- Availability to work on-site Monday - Friday 9-6, or can be discussed and the occasional weekend or evening.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
