We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our faculty as an **Assistant Director of Education / Instructor / Clinic Supervisor**. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and clinical development of our students while advancing the mission of our institution.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, fostering their professional growth.

**Clinic Supervision**:

- Oversee and supervise students in the college’s clinical setting, ensuring that patient care is of the highest quality and aligns with TCM principles.
- Monitor student progress in clinical practice, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethics, and safety standards.

**Educational Leadership**:

- Assist the President and Dean of Acupuncture in the development and implementation of academic programs and policies.
- Participate in curriculum planning and review processes to ensure the program meets current industry standards.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality education and student success.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Supervise clinic operations, including scheduling and patient intake.
- Maintain accurate student records and clinical documentation.
- Support recruitment efforts and participate in faculty and staff meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a recognized Acupuncture or TCM College or University
- Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac.) or Doctor of TCM (Dr. TCM) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Previous teaching experience (2 years minimum) in an academic or clinical setting in acupuncture or TCM education.
- Strong leadership, management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and clinical supervision practices in acupuncture and TCM education.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Good computer skills
- Able to work onsite.

- Acupuncturist License (preferred)
