**Position Overview**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Identifying New Business Opportunities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and market trends.
- Utilize a "hunter" mentality to proactively seek and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Building New Relationships:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and architectural industries.
- Collaborate with industry influencers, associations, and partners to expand the company's network.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Developing Business Strategies:

- Create and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with overall company objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the exterior cladding market.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research findings.

Collaborating with Internal and External Teams:

- Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to business development.
- Work closely with external partners, architects, contractors, and distributors to drive successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.
