- Premier point de référence pour les écarts et les problèmes des clients
- Fournit un soutien quotidien aux clients, succursales et partenaires de service en ce qui concerne les commandes au comptant et les demandes d'expédition
- Fournit un service cohérent pour garantir le respect des KPI / SLA de chaque département
- Expertise en la matière et soutien opérationnel de l'équipe pour les activités de traitement
- Soutient le chef d'équipe avec les problèmes opérationnels quotidiens
- Rapports, vérification et documentation des processus de travail et des résultats pour assurer l'exhaustivité et l'exactitude et prend les mesures appropriées pour corriger au besoin
- Identifie et recommande des solutions aux erreurs récurrentes et aux lacunes de service aux chefs d'équipe ou au chef de service
- S’assure que toutes les autorités sont respecteés, examineés et comprises

**Doit avoir**
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français : Le titulaire de ce poste doit parler couramment l’anglais afin de servir la clientèle anglophone de la collectivité.
- Orientation client
- Capacités de saisie de données efficaces et précises
- Capacité à travailler dans un volume élevé et dans des délais stricts
- Disponibilité pour travailler de 12h00 à 20h00
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Agréable d'avoir**
- Expérience du traitement des entrées GL
- Connaissance des produits pris en charge par l'équipe (traitement des dépôts commerciaux, traitement des espèces)
- Expérience de conseil / centre d’appels
