**Business Development Manager**:** Create value at TC Transcontinental.**

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of the retail point-of-sale market, commercial marketing products and carton/folding carton products, including the latest design trends in these sectors.

- Your primary mandate will be to develop new opportunities with our customers in the retail and CPG sectors.
- Working closely with the creative team, structural designers, and manufacturing team, you will also use your skills to develop and present creative proposals to our customers.

**When your expertise drives us.**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and business development in the printing industry (ideally packaging products) or in a manufacturing environment
- Solid experience in launching new products and developing customized merchandising solutions
- Knowledge of a variety of printing methods and equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce (an asset)
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing (regular exchanges with colleagues and customers based in Quebec and the rest of Canada)
