**Duties & Responsibilities**

Manage and execute various administrative tasks for executive offices.

Generate pivot tables and reports.

Lead and manage teams on various projects.

Create and submit project reports to executives.

Manage executive calendars.

Schedule, attend and take meeting minutes for various departments.

Plan and manage special events for staff, suppliers and clients.

Plan and book corporate travel.

Execute various miscellaneous tasks and run errands as required.

**Skills**

Impeccable attention to detail.

High proficiency in organizing, planning and time management.

Ability to anticipate needs of executives.

Resourceful and adaptive in unpredictable environments.

Outstanding verbal and written English.

Excellent communicator (High EQ).

Strong leader and manager.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s Degree.

Advanced Excel Level (Pivot Tables/VLookups).

Executive assistant to C Level executives (preferred).

Project management (preferred).
